This is a role for someone with a gift for connecting with people and a real creative streak — someone who wants their work to mean more than hitting a quota, and who works best when they’re trusted to run their own relationships and own their results.
This is sales, but it’s also creative. Every client comes to us with a vision, and you’ll be the one who helps bring it to life — guiding them, shaping the experience alongside our design team.
We give you the training and the support — and the room to grow and run your book of business that is on brand. If you’ve always thought of yourself as a creative person but never had a role that truly used it, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
— Guide clients from their first spark of an idea through a booked event or corporate account
— Build and own relationships with clients, venues, and planners across the city
— Work with our design team to craft proposals that bring a client’s vision to life
— Run your own pipeline and grow your book of business
— Be the creative, polished face of RCI in every client interaction
