Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by discussing with PMs or the operations manager
- Facilitate benefits and relaying all benefits papers to the HR manager
- Support performance management initiatives by coordinating with managers employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry in various tracking files and
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution efforts, and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Assist with compliance activities related to employment & labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, affirmative action planning, and organization design.
- Contribute to project management tasks related to HR sourcing strategies, workforce management initiatives, and change management processes to support organizational growth.
- Coordinate and complete orientation ensuring they follow company procedures and the procedures of the job site
- Maintaining field compliance with LMS course completions, and maintaining Badge validity
- Various tasks delegated to you by the CEO and operations manager
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices combined with experience in benefits administration and HR sourcing techniques.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
- Skilled in project management tools and techniques for implementing organizational design changes or strategic planning initiatives.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with data entry accuracy, training & development coordination, and performance management processes.
- 1-3 years of HR generalist or management experience required
- Experience in HR for construction or Low Voltage highly preferred
