The common denominator is simple:
You have spent time on active construction sites and know how homes actually get finished.
This Role Is NOT For
This position is not suitable if your background is primarily in:
- Property Management
- Real Estate Sales
- Administrative or Office Management
- Interior Design without construction site involvement
- General Labor without coordination responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all punch list items from walkthrough through final completion.
- Visit job sites regularly and verify that work is completed to company standards.
- Track every remaining task and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Hold subcontractors accountable for deadlines and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors responsible for cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, tile, appliances, hardware, paint and finish materials.
- Verify that all finish materials arrive correctly and on schedule.
- Work directly with buyers during the final stages of construction.
- Resolve customer requests quickly and professionally.
- Support the Project Manager in delivering luxury homes on schedule.
- Maintain detailed reports and communicate project status daily.
Required Experience
- 2+ years working on active residential construction projects.
- Experience managing punch lists.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors.
- Experience working directly with homeowners or buyers is a major advantage.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of residential construction finishes.
- Comfortable spending most of the day on construction sites.

Location Requirements
Must live in Chicago's North Side or the North Shore suburbs.
Daily travel between active job sites is required.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
Work Stability
