Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about the mini golf course, rules, and safety guidelines
- Monitor the course to ensure smooth gameplay and address any guest concerns promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the course, including equipment and surrounding areas
- Enforce safety protocols, including manual handling procedures and emergency response actions such as CPR or first aid if needed
- Manage cash handling and processing transactions through POS (Point of Sale) systems for game rentals or merchandise sales
- Assist with event setup and management for special occasions or group bookings, ensuring all activities run seamlessly
- Handle conflict management by resolving guest disputes professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in outdoor work environments or event venues is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and groups
- Experience working with children or in hospitality settings enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests
- Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid certification, and manual handling techniques
