Freelance video editor wanted for ongoing remote work with an established content brand.
THE WORK
Short-form previews/trailers and longer main pieces, roughly 8 to 12 minutes. Everything you work on ships to a real, existing audience. No spec work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Two halves.
First, you plan it. You build a storyboard-style document with the shot ideas, direction and script beats for a piece. I use that as the brief to produce the footage, so you are deciding what gets made before it exists.
Second, you cut it. Footage comes back to you and you assemble the finished piece.
You are not shooting anything. You are directing what gets made, then editing it.
ABOUT THE CONTENT
Being upfront so nobody wastes their time: this is adult content, and it is AI-generated. Fictional models, no real people involved. In practice that means no releases, no scheduling and no talent to manage. You work from finished footage and a brief.
If that is not work you want to take on, no hard feelings at all, and I would rather we both know now than three emails in.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
- Comfortable working on adult material as ongoing work
- Can carry an 8 to 12 minute piece, not just short-form. Please include a long-form sample if you have one
- Ideas of your own. The planning half matters as much as the editing half
- DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
- Reliable turnaround and clear communication in English
PAY
Revenue share per piece, split negotiable. I will show you real numbers from comparable work so you are not guessing. There is a paid trial before any ongoing commitment. If you need fixed-rate work, this is not the right fit and I would rather say so upfront.
