Job Title: Speech Therapist (ST)
Location: South Creek Post Acute
Pay: $45–$55 per hour

Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes

Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
