Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper at Colony Oaks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout our apartment buildings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents feel proud to call our property their home.
Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators.

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common areas.

Clean and sanitize the fitness center, and other shared facilities.

Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including handrails, doorknobs, and light switches.

Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed.

Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new residents.

Report maintenance issues or damages to the property management team.
Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.

Ability to work efficiently and independently.
