We are seeking an experienced and passionatechef to lead our kitchen team. The Head Chef will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring that dishes meet our standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. This role requires leadership, creativity, and a strong ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage, train, and schedule sous chefs, line cooks, and prep staff.
- Enforce food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Work alongside sous chefs to create efficient daily schedules and ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a bar/pub/tavern.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently.
