Gorilla Marketing is seeking polished, high-energy, and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at live events, activations, and promotional campaigns across San Diego.
As the face of our brand, you will play a key role in attracting attention, engaging the public, and driving participation in our activations. This is a premium role for individuals who are confident, outgoing, and thrive in high-visibility environments.
What You’ll Do
- Represent the brand at events, activations, and community outreach
- Actively engage and attract attendees, encouraging participation in giveaways and promotions
- Drive lead generation and customer interaction through proactive outreach
- Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere
- Assist with live announcements and mic engagement when needed
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate key brand messaging
- Support light event setup and breakdown
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching large groups
- Comfortable speaking on a microphone and in front of crowds
- Ability to capture attention and drive engagement
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Schedule
- Flexible, event-based shifts
- Must be available for weekends and occasional evenings
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Experience:
- Ambassador : 1 year (Preferred)
- Public speaking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Event marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
