We run out of the Houston FedEx Ground hub with high-mileage team routes and a setup designed to keep you moving—not sitting.
What You Get

Pay Structure
- $90,000 – $110,000 per driver annually
- Base pay + weekly mileage incentive (higher miles = higher weekly pay)
- Monthly Safety Bonus

Schedule & Route Info
- Based out of Cypress, TX (Houston area)
- Routes run Tuesday – Saturday
- 34-hour reset at home every week (Sunday & Monday)
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Doubles endorsement (or willing to obtain)
- No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- Must pass drug screen & background check
