Role Description The Web & Digital Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, WA. This role is responsible for designing and producing digital assets for websites, social media, digital display, and other online campaigns that align with client brand standards and marketing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating web pages and interface elements, building and refining digital graphics, collaborating with account and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs, and preparing files for development and deployment. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, and optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance. This role also involves staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to support innovative and effective client work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Designs and Graphics for web, social, and digital display assets.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities and campaigns.
- Experience in Web Design, including layout, UI/UX fundamentals, and responsive design.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how design supports campaign objectives.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in design, visual communication, or a related field.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
