Job Title: Customer Service Representative at King Street Cleaners
Job Location: 518 E Washington Ave, Navasota, TX 77868
Part-time position, 3PM-6:30PM Monday-Friday w/ every other Saturday 8AM-1PM
At King Street Cleaners our goal is to provide the best dry cleaning service to our customers through great customer service and a fantastic finish. We would love for you to join our team! As a customer service representative you will be expected to:
- Handle customer drop-offs, pick-ups, and phone calls with a smile
- Accurately manage cash, credit, and check transactions
- Inspect garments thoroughly and input into computer system
- Organize items into designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness standards always
- Comply with uniform standards
Reports to: Head of Store
Requirements: English proficiency, ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently, ability to stand and walk for 8 hours, attention to detail
Preferred: Spanish proficiency, 1+ year retail experience, familiarity with SMRT management system (optional)
Dress code: Company provided polo and/or jacket, khaki pants/shorts, brown belt, solid color closed-toe shoes
Hours: 3:00PM-6:30PM Mon-Fri with every other Saturday 8AM-12PM
Pay: $14 - $15/hr
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
