What you'll earn
- $52K–$60K base salary depending on experience

What you'll actually do
You'll run the building. Tuesday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM is the typical rhythm—though like any restaurant, real life shifts that around when business or staffing demands it. Most of our GMs put in around 50 hours a week. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you know now than find out later.
A normal week looks like:
- Working alongside your team, not from behind a desk. We hire GMs who lead from the line, the grill, and the dining room—not the office.
- Running a spotless, food-safe building. NSF standards are non-negotiable here. Cleanliness and food safety are our top priority, every shift, every day.
- Coaching your shift leads and crew so they're ready for their next promotion (we promote from within—a lot)
- Hitting food cost, labor, SOS, and sales targets that drive your bonus
- Approving orders, running deposits, building schedules, and keeping the line tight
- Walking the dining room during rushes, doing table touches, and being present—our company promise to every guest who walks in
What we need from you
- Restaurant management experience (multi-unit or high-volume QSR is a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable owning a P&L, not just clocking in
- Steady under pressure—you keep the team calm during a rush
- A real Guest-First mindset: you'd rather be on the floor than hiding in the office
- Valid driver's license and a clean MVR (we run one)
- Willing to pass a background check (we run one)
