Position Details:
- Compensation: $38 to $75 per hour
- Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Quality Care: Conduct intakes, assessments, and provide therapy aligned with our high clinical standards.
- Collaborate: Partner with our Clinical Director and contribute to a comprehensive treatment experience for clients.
- Engage: Maintain professional communication with client families and referral sources to support care coordination.
- Contribute to Our Team: Communicate openly and positively with fellow therapists, interns, and admin staff.
- Grow Professionally: Participate in monthly clinical consultation meetings and stay current on best practices.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are primarily seeking fully licensed clinicians (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing team. However, we are open to pre-licensed applicants who are on track to be licensed within the next 18 months. Please note:
- The sign-on bonus is available only to fully licensed clinicians.
- Education stipend/professional development assistance is available to all clinicians, including pre-licensed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work (Required)
- License as an LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT in Tennessee (Preferred)
- Availability to see 15–30 clients per week
