Overview
Master Plaster, Inc. is seeking experienced Project Manager. Exterior Stucco/Framing and Drywall/Interior Finish experience/knowledge is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contract Administration, RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals.
- Oversee submission of paperwork by field personnel.
- Production/Budget Tracking.
- Coordination of field staff on multiple projects.
- Attend subcontractor meetings as deemed necessary.
Skills/Requirements
- Authorization to work in USA.
- Experience as a construction Project Manager (+7 years)
- Experience with digital plans and estimating software.
- Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Well-organized and reliable, capable of managing own time and responsibilities
- Good verbal/communication skills (spoken and written)
- Procore experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
