The Wellness Advisor / Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting memberships and wellness services, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in supporting clinic growth through membership sales, retention, and outstanding guest experiences.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Customer Service
- Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Check clients in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries promptly.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic software.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with company policies.
Membership Sales & Retention
- Educate guests on Massage Envy memberships, services, and wellness programs.
- Consistently achieve membership sales goals and clinic performance targets.
- Recommend membership upgrades, add-on services, and retail products.
- Conduct membership reviews and assist members in maximizing their benefits.
- Follow up with prospective members and inactive clients to encourage bookings and enrollment.
- Assist with membership retention efforts and account maintenance.
Administrative & Front Desk Operations
- Process payments, memberships, gift card sales, and retail transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate client records and account information.
- Balance daily cash, credit card, and membership transactions.
- Monitor appointment schedules and assist with maximizing therapist and esthetician utilization.
- Complete opening and closing procedures according to clinic standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with management, massage therapists, and estheticians to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and clinic initiatives.
- Support clinic promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Comfortable discussing wellness services and membership options.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
