We continue growing and are searching for the right team member to join our team as a bilingual (Spanish) customer service representative. No experience required. All training provided. Fluent Spanish and Fluent English are a requirement.

We are seeking a professional, friendly receptionist to represent our team and serve as the first point of contact for guests visiting and calling our busy office from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities for this person include greeting guests when they arrive, answering and transferring phone calls, taking care of customers' needs, and managing our incoming and outgoing mail.
Key duties and responsibilities
· Answer and direct all phone calls
· Greet all office guests
· Manage, clean and organize the front desk
· Schedule meetings, and client visits
· Collect and sort all mail and packages
· Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
· Answer guests' questions
· Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
· Customer retention
· Decorate the office for holidays
· Support the office manager and administrative assistants
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
