Job Overview
Emerge Ketamine is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Spravato Technician to support patients undergoing FDA-approved Spravato (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. This role is mostly patient-facing and critical to ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-organized treatment experience with some administrative support required. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, comfortable in a clinical environment, and passionate about mental health care. We have 2 locations in Woburn MA and Danvers MA, must be willing to float between both clinics if needed. Weekdays, nights and weekends available.
This position works closely with providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure treatments run smoothly and in compliance with REMS, clinical protocols, and office policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for Spravato sessions
- Greet and room patients, ensuring comfort and privacy
- Monitor patients throughout treatment sessions per protocol
- Obtain and record vital signs accurately and timely
- Observe and report patient responses or concerns to the provider
- Ensure REMS and clinic documentation is completed correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm clinical environment
- Support scheduling flow and communication with front desk staff
- Follow all clinical, safety, HIPAA, and office policies
- Provide empathetic, professional support to patients during treatment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in mental health, infusion therapy, or clinical settings a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Calm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion
- Comfortable monitoring patients for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn EHR systems
- CPR/BLS certification
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
