Automotive BDC Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Automotive BDC Representative with experience using eLeads who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a positive, uplifting attitude, strong phone skills, and a desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key driver of showroom traffic and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, internet leads, and text/email inquiries
- Utilize eLeads CRM to manage leads, follow-up activities, and appointment scheduling
- Set quality sales and service appointments that convert to showroom visits
- Provide a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic customer experience on every call
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the CRM
- Follow dealership processes and scripts while adding a personal, upbeat touch
- Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience
Qualifications
- Prior automotive BDC or Internet Sales experience preferred
- Experience with eLeads CRM required
- Strong phone presence with clear, confident communication skills
- Positive, high-energy attitude with an uplifting spirit
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Passion for customer service and the automotive business

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
