Job responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner. Responding & resolving customer inquiries & billing questions in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience handling customer calls
Strong problem-solving skills
Good computer skills (Word & Excel)
Must be able to prioritize workload to ensure all deadlines are met
