Proven experience supporting pharmaceutical facilities (required) Strong background in industrial construction environments Hygienic piping experience – mandatory (clean utilities, process piping, sanitary systems) Experience functioning similarly to a Project Engineer, Construction Coordinator, or Owner’s Rep Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot field issues and interpret specifications in real time Skill Set Deep understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical piping installation Strong field judgment and problem solving capability Ability to challenge incomplete or flawed designs during construction Comfortable working directly with trades and construction leadership High level of ownership and accountability in the field Notes
