YMCA at Bellevue is Now Hiring for Swim Team Coach
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $15.00 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Are you passionate about swimming and love inspiring others to achieve their goals? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Swim Team Coach who’s ready to lead, motivate, and make waves in the lives of our swim team participants.
As a Swim Team Coach, you’ll guide swimmers through practices, provide feedback, and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Plus, you’ll be our go-to for organizing swim meets and building strong relationships with participants and parents.
What You’ll Need to Join the Team:

Minimum Age: 18

Proficiency in all four competitive strokes

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Coaching and team admin experience (a plus, but not required)
Certifications to Get Started (don’t worry, we’ll help!):

CPR Pro/AED/First Aid (within 30 days of hire)

YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving (within 90 days)

USA Swim Coaching membership (within one year)
