This is not your typical kitchen position! LiLi + KoKo Boutique + Bubbles is a unique mash up of a women's clothing boutique coupled with a champagne wine bar and wine shop. We serve a bistro style menu of tapas and small plates along with weekend brunch in an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere. Our kitchen is small but mighty - no open flame or fryers to content with here! And we are willing to train. Produce high quality plates in both design and taste

Plan and execute food preparation

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Proven experience as a Sous or line chef is desired, but not required

Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions

Familiar with industry’s best practices
