JOB DESCRITION
Team Members assist in collecting, sorting, and counting cash, in various casinos in the Black Hawk & Central City area in Colorado. You will be interacting with other team members, casino staff, slot machines, heavy metal boxes, and money counting machines.
Team Members will need to obtain an active Colorado Gaming Badge, must comply with all Colorado Division of Gaming regulations, casino internal controls, and Mile High Casino Services, Inc Policy.
Applicants must maintain good public relations, casino privacy policy, comply with Internal Control Policies and Procedures regarding safety and security and be punctual so to stay in compliance with gaming time schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, sort, and count large sums of cash accurately and safely.
- Transfer money from the gaming floor to the count room.
- Team Members must Complete required forms for both Colorado Division of Gaming ICMP’s and Casinos according to rules and regulations and internal controls.
- Operate and maintain cash counting machines as directed.
- Seek and receive technical direction, training, and guidance from the Count Team Lead, Supervisor and Manager. Must be a team player.
- Wear and maintain regulation uniforms properly to include scrubs, jumpsuit, gaming badge, name tag.
- All Count Team Members maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Team Member position - Previous drop and count experience a plus but not required.
- Team Member position - One (1) year Drop, and count experience required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduation from High School or equivalent preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English. Clearly communicate with other team members and understand chain of command within the company/casino.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have (or be able to obtain) a Colorado Gaming Badge. The Permit fee of $125.00 will be due at the time of processing application with Colorado Division of Gaming.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Essential duties involve performing physical exertion which include:
Frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, stooping, bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods of time. Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs. from floor to chest height, on a frequent basis. Being able to occasionally push or pull, with mandatory assistance, a cart weighing up to/over 400lbs.
