Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done? Titan Machinery is looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Associate to help maintain a safe, functional, and professional environment for our employees and customers.
In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, and minor repairs throughout our facility. If you're a hands-on individual who values safety, quality, and variety in your workday, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs

Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and ballasts

Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues

Repair walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, locks, and other building components

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns

Assist with preventative maintenance programs for building systems

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies

Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed

Support exterior building maintenance as needed

Document completed maintenance activities and work orders

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of general maintenance or facilities experience

Clean Driving Record

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking ability
