Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Bookkeeper / Title Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage essential financial records, perform accurate account reconciliations, and handle title processing for vehicle transactions while supporting the administrative needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Handle title processing for vehicle transactions, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations
- Use QuickBooks to enter transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and tax-related activities as needed
- Execute bank deposits, typing tasks, and general bookkeeping duties efficiently to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and vehicle registration regulations
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliation
- Experience with payroll administration and tax compliance procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external agencies
