An educator who assists in coordinating and teaching programs for all personnel in accordance with the mission and values of Berkshire Health Systems. Responsibilities include establishing objectives and content based on assessed needs, evaluating outcomes, and maintaining current professional knowledge. The primary responsibility is for the development of staff within the educator's assigned area or entity and assuring completion of mandatory education and competencies in these areas. This educator also serves as liaison between assigned area, education and other hospital departments and identifies needs for ongoing training in assigned areas. This educator offers select education within assigned areas to assure compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
