Alexander Daas is seeking a Luxury Eyewear Stylist / Optician to join our flagship San Francisco boutique on historic Chestnut Street.
We are not a traditional optical chain. We are a luxury retail company specializing in independent designer eyewear, personalized styling, exceptional craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships.
Our clients visit us not simply to purchase eyewear, but to receive expert styling, discover rare collections, and enjoy an elevated, highly personalized experience.

Luxury Retail & Clienteling Professionals

OR
Experienced Optical Professionals
- Licensed or ABO-certified opticians
- Optical sales professionals
- Independent optical experience
- Luxury eyewear experience
If you have exceptional people skills, aesthetic sensibility, and a passion for building long-term client relationships, we can teach the technical aspects of luxury eyewear and lenses.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized styling consultations
- Develop long-term relationships with a loyal clientele
- Present and sell luxury independent eyewear collections
- Educate clients on premium lens technologies
- Build and maintain personal client books
- Participate in special events, trunk shows, and brand activations
- Deliver a world-class luxury retail experience
What We're Looking For
- Experience in luxury retail, clienteling, styling, hospitality, or optical
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and fashion awareness
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for design, luxury, and craftsmanship
