Pioneer Truss, located in Owensville, MO, is looking to grow our Sales team. Our Sales Reps are expected to provide high level of service for our customers with a strong working knowledge of the truss design and manufacturing process. This position's focus is selling truss systems to various clients, including residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors.

Primary Role Expectations:

Promote and sell truss systems to new and existing customers.

Conduct pricing and estimating for truss projects.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.

Expedite orders efficiently and courteously.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Understand building code requirements and ensure compliance.

Travel to customer locations and construction sites.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly

Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Frequent travel to customer locations and construction sites, which may involve walking, standing, and moving around uneven terrain.

Occasionally lifting and carrying materials or samples, typically up to 60lbs.

Ability to handle and manipulate small tools and materials.
-
Good vision for reading blueprints, technical drawings, and computer screens.

Work is split between office settings, home offices, and outdoor construction sites.

Exposure to various weather conditions when visiting construction sites.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots when on-site.
