Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Quick Service Restaurant Crew Member and be the heartbeat of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet every customer with energy and positivity
- Guide guests through our “Build Your Own Bowl” menu
- Ensure orders are accurate and efficient
- Handle POS transactions (cash & card)
Food Prep & Assembly
- Build bowls with accuracy and proper portions
- Prep fresh ingredients (cutting, marinating, sauces)
- Maintain high food quality standards at all times
- Monitor rice levels and keep production flowing
Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Follow “clean as you go” at all times
- Maintain a clean line, prep area, and dining space
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks during and after shift
Team Support & Restocking
- Restock toppings, utensils, and supplies
- Help organize inventory using FIFO
- Support teammates to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years restaurant experience preferred (quick service is a plus)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available one of the weekends (preferably Sunday)
- Shift options:
- 10:40 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Requirements
- Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- 20+ hours shift availability (including one weekend day)

Pay: $16.90 - $21.50 per hour
