About the Role
We are currently seeking professional and dependable Security Patrol Officers to join our growing team. This role involves mobile patrol responsibilities across multiple residential communities and commercial properties in and around Metro Atlanta. Officers will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned sites, enforcing parking regulations, and responding to various security needs—including emergencies and special events.
Schedule & Availability
- Shifts may vary and will typically include:
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility is essential, as shifts and site assignments may change with little notice
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle-based patrols across assigned properties
- Perform parking enforcement, including contacting towing services as needed
- Respond to incidents including trespassing, property damage, or suspicious activity
- Conduct fire watch and special event security, as required
- Monitor premises using surveillance equipment and perform physical inspections
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of all shift activities and incidents
- Serve as a visible deterrent and offer professional customer service to residents, tenants, and guests
Minimum Requirements
- Must live within 5-10 miles of Lawrenceville, GA for rapid deployment
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Reliable personal vehicle (must be able to operate a full-size sedan or pickup truck)
- Security or patrol experience required
- Georgia Security Certification (Preferred, not required)
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Excellent verbal communication and written report-writing skills
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must pass criminal background check
