Machinists - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 3:00am
Pay: Base $26/hr + shift premium $5
What You’ll Do:

Set up, operate, and tend to CNC machining centers, programming using Virtual Gibbs and G Code.

Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce precise parts.

Select and manage tooling, identify non-conformances, and document quality issues.

Maintain clean and safe workspaces, follow established safety procedures.

Record accurate job logs and specifications for audit purposes.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical diploma in CNC machining or a related precision machining program.

Proven experience with CNC machines, blueprints, and G Code programming.

Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with ISO standards and advanced machine troubleshooting.

Knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes.

Additional certifications in machining or safety.
Preferred Education & Experience:

Postsecondary technical diploma or equivalent training in CNC/machining.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a precision machining setting.

Experience working with complex blueprints and G Code programming is highly desirable.
Other Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Ability to meet physical demands, including vision requirements such as depth perception, peripheral vision, and focus adjustments.

On-site work in Green Bay, Wisconsin with no relocation required.
