We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teachers to join our expanding team of early childhood educators. Opportunities are available across multiple age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children (2–5 years), and school-age children (5–12 years).
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding daily classroom activities, maintaining a structured and engaging learning environment, and ensuring the well-being of every child in your care. Each classroom is supported by an assistant teacher to help implement lesson plans and maintain effective classroom management. Teachers who are willing to assist with closing duties at 6:30 PM may qualify for additional compensation.

Qualifications
- Located within 45 minutes of commuting time from the school.
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed child care center.
- Experience as a child care/daycare teacher who can implement the curriculum.
- Relevant educational background – Candidates with at least **one** of the following are strongly preferred:
1. BA in Early Childhood Education, or related field (with a minimum of 36 credits in ECE)
2. AA in ECE or related field (with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE)
3. AA or BA in an unrelated field, with few if any ECE credits, but a minimum of one year teaching in a preschool setting, and a willingness to enroll in a CDA program

Salary: $16.00 - $22.20 per hour
