Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! This full-time position is ideal for a skilled School Psychologist ready to make a meaningful impact across several school buildings in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You’ll have the chance to engage with a diverse student body while conducting approximately 40 evaluations throughout the academic year (August through May). Your daily activities will encompass conducting domain meetings, completing comprehensive student assessments, reporting results, and leading meetings to discuss findings. You’ll play an essential role in the eligibility determination process, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and supporting students’ progress and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification and licensure as a School Psychologist for the state or eligibility to obtain
- Demonstrated knowledge of conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Familiarity with special education procedures, eligibility guidelines, and IEP team collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with or willingness to serve multiple buildings and manage a flexible caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct domain meetings to determine appropriate evaluation measures
- Administer and interpret psychological and educational assessments
- Prepare detailed written reports and present findings at team meetings
- Collaborate closely with educators, service providers, and families
- Provide support in eligibility determinations and recommendations for services
