About the Role: SITKA Gear is hiring a seasonal customer service associate in our Bozeman, MT call center.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to calls and emails
- Be the expert voice of the organization
- Have a professional demeanor in all written and verbal communication
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Provide timely feedback to the organization regarding product or service failures or customer concerns
- High attention to detail, accuracy and excellence in a very fast paced environment
- Partner with other associates and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer knowledge and skills, including MS Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
- At least one year customer service experience
Desired Qualifications (if applicable):
- Previous SITKA Gear experience
- Experience working with CRM Systems
- Experience with Zendesk Platforms
