As an onsite school psychologist, you’ll work Monday through Friday (35 hours per week), choosing from two consistent daytime schedules. You will engage with students ranging from kindergarten to high school, partnering with educational staff to address a variety of social, emotional, and academic needs. Caseloads may vary depending on the needs of the district, allowing you to build meaningful connections throughout different school communities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred
- Solid grasp of assessment tools, IEP development, and MTSS/RTI systems
- Strong consultative and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies
- Flexibility to adapt to caseload shifts and diverse school sites
- Passion for supporting student growth and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, observations, and counseling for K–12 students
- Collaborate in the creation and monitoring of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in interpreting evaluation results
- Support crisis intervention and consultation with administrators, teachers, and families
- Contribute to district-wide initiatives to promote positive learning environments
