Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products across designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules for timeliness and accuracy
- Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service through clear communication and friendly interactions
- Use math skills to verify pricing, calculate delivery totals, and process transactions or upselling opportunities when appropriate
- Perform heavy lifting when loading and unloading goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain organized records of deliveries, route logs, and any incidents or discrepancies during the shift
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record and experience in commercial driving
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math proficiency for handling pricing calculations and transaction processing
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus, demonstrating confidence in promoting additional products or services
- Excellent organizational skills to manage routes, deliveries, and documentation efficiently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently during loading/unloading tasks
- Knowledge of route driving techniques, merchandising practices, and customer service standards
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
