CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
$18.00 PER HOUR 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday–Friday
POSITION OVERVIEW
Aero Global Logistics is seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position provides excellent customer service, communicates with customers and internal teams, and helps ensure transportation and delivery needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, warehouse personnel, and management.
Track and communicate delivery status and updates.
Enter and maintain accurate customer and shipment information.
Assist with resolving delivery issues and customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Represent Aero Global Logistics professionally with customers, employees, and business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service, logistics, transportation, or office experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
