BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide intermittent skilled nursing visits throughout the Orlando area. Responsibilities
Complete skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes according to the physician’s plan of care.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings accurately.
Provide medication management, wound care, disease education, injections, catheter care, and other skilled nursing services within your scope of practice.
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the physician and clinical team.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and treatment plans.
Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency policies.
Qualifications
Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing.
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.
Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Current CPR certification.
Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care.
