JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Title Processor / Escrow Officer Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing and escrow process and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of real estate transactions. Your expertise in title processing, underwriting, mortgage servicing, and general admin title services will be essential in providing exceptional service to our existing staff and clients. Proficiency in Qualia preferred.

DUTIES
- Assisting in the entire escrow process from opening to closing
- Review contracts and process title orders
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Order and manage title searches
- Prepare closing statements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
SKILLS
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and requirements
- Proficient in mortgage servicing procedures
- Excellent contract review and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate calculations
- Solid understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment
- Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation requirements
- Strong mathematical skills for financial calculations
