Job Summary: Set-up and clean island area/beverage cart; serve food and beverages to members and guests in a manner that ensures a positive experience.
Job Duties:
- Performs related set-up tasks
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests
- Takes food and beverage orders
- Serves food and beverages as ordered
- Enters order into POS system; enforces ticket signage
- Consistently cleans food and service areas throughout the day
- Cleans all areas of the island, keeps member amenities stocked throughout the day
- Completes requisition for supplies
- Maintains food and beverage inventories throughout the day
- Advises supervisor of any member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
- Work as an Island Attendant when necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding outdoor environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must be able to maintain composure under pressure
