Location: Across PA ( Philadelphia, Allentown, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Reading, Williamsport, Newtown & More)
Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday
- Overtime Availability
- Available Shifts: Day, Night, and Weekends
- 8, 10 & 12 hours; and On-call

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a residential electrician
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Capable of working unsupervised and on your own
- Able to pass an electrical aptitude test
- Able to pass a background and drug test
- Demonstrate excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
- Willing to grow personally, professionally and economically
- Electric License/Certification is a plus but not required

Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to residential and commercial client requests for electrical assistance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely
- Drive a fully stocked Mercedes Sprinter Van to two to three client locations per day
- Deliver first-class workmanship and ensure complete client satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout each project
- Represent the company professionally by arriving in a clean uniform with a positive attitude
- Explain technical information in simple terms to help clients understand their electrical needs
- Collaborate with a respectful, team-oriented group committed to mutual growth and support
- Uphold company safety and quality standards while using the industry’s best tools and equipment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to continually enhance skills and performance
