Growing Eastern NC dealer looking for an experienced Service Advisor. In order for us to take care of our growing customer base, we are looking to add to our current crew. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year of advisor experience at a dealership or 2+ years at an independent shop. We can train you to be a success, we just need the right candidate. We are looking for someone that cares about their customers, knows how to communicate with their customers, knows how to get a high CSI and can sell. We only sell by time, mileage or condition. Translation: we will never expect you to sell to a customer if it isn't needed by one of those 3 things. Honesty and dependability matter ... A LOT. Typical benefits to include:
