Salary and Benefits
This position is in a Salary Grade PM6, with a starting salary $70,916 per annum. The successful candidate’s salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range.

General Description
The primary responsibility for this position is to direct and oversee the South Sioux City Extended Campus operations and educational activities. This is accomplished by developing programming to meet identified training needs, recruiting, and recommending qualified credit instructors, hiring non-credit faculty, providing student support services, maintaining operating budgets and inventory, preparing, and submitting payroll documents, supervising regional staff in partnership with Wayne State College, serve as a community liaison, collaborate with Early College and Workforce Development, and ensuring students’ needs are met. Other duties include participating in public relations activities.
Qualifications: Education
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or related field. Three years in an office environment and three years prior supervisory experience required.

Three years office environment experience; preference for prior supervisory experience.
Qualification:Skills
This position requires excellent organizational and management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of, and involvement in, communities served is highly preferred.
