**Maryland & Virginia area sales position. Must reside in the territory.**
Duplo USA Corporation is looking to hire a motivated Account Manager for direct sales of a wide range of digital print finishing equipment for the commercial print, packaging, and print embellishment markets. Duplo's equipment portfolio includes: Die cutting machines, spot UV coaters for print embellishment, slitter/cutter/creasers for finishing various printed applications, hydraulic cutters, paper folders, book binders, collators and bookletmaking systems, and much more.
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for qualifying customer's print applications, offering solutions and selling products to clients within the Maryland & Virgina territory.
- Establish and meet territory sales objectives, plans and strategies in accordance with the company's business plan.
- Required to travel to prospect locations to establish new sales leads, introduce products, and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining timely communication and follow-ups, assist with product training and installation requirements, and maintain positive relationships between the client and Duplo.
- Manages sales productivity through Sage CRM software system to effectively track selling activities, manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients, and to schedule visits and meetings with clients within the assigned sales territory.
- Work onsite at prospect sites delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and collection of information about the client to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase chances of completing a sale.
- Maintain regular calling or contact schedule with clients to identify more leads or resolve any problems that arise with existing client accounts.
- Assist at Printer Vendor Partner events and support regional and national industry trade shows and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the graphic arts industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Consistent travel within the assigned geographic territory is required. Out of town, overnight travel may be required on occasion.
- Self-motivated, proactive individual who will follow up and respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Ability to meet established sales objectives, quotas, and deadlines consistently and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Professionally represent the company with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage extensive amounts of information and provide constructive feedback and direction to clients or colleagues.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
