Israel Edri Hair Wellness Salon is a luxury color and extensions studio in Boca Raton, led by master colorist Israel Edri, known as Dr. Blonde of Boca. We specialize in blonding, corrective color, and hair extensions, always with the health and longevity of the hair placed first.
This apprenticeship is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn the craft properly. You will not be handed a chair on day one. You will be taught how to earn one.
What You Will Do
- Support Israel and the styling team throughout color, blonding, and extension services
- Prepare formulations, tools, and stations to salon standard
- Shampoo, apply treatments, and assist with blow drying and finishing
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and well stocked salon floor
- Greet and care for clients, ensuring every guest feels attended to from the moment they arrive
- Observe, take notes, and build technical knowledge session by session
What We Are Looking For
- Active Florida cosmetology license, or currently enrolled and nearing completion
- A real desire to specialize in blonding, color, and extensions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Warm, polished, client centered presence
- Coachability above all else. We value the willingness to learn over what you already know.
