Dubs Scrubs is looking for a friendly, dependable part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Sandy store team.
We help medical professionals find scrubs that look great, feel comfortable, and fit their needs. Our stores are customer-service focused, team-oriented, and fun to work in. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, can work well with a team, and takes pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
Schedule
This is a part-time position at our Sandy location. We are looking for someone available 2–3 shifts per week, typically 6–8 hours per shift, for approximately 15–24 hours per week.
Store hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Some Saturday availability is required.
Pay
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the possibility of $17.00 per hour depending on previous retail/customer service experience, availability, and overall fit.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and helping customers find the right scrubs, sizes, styles, and colors
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Using the computer/POS system accurately
- Helping with fitting rooms, returns, special orders, and general store tasks
- Working with a sense of urgency during busy times
- Supporting the team with daily store presentation and closing duties
