Job Purpose:
Provide leadership and support to all members in Receptionist office, liaison for Prescriber(s) and monitor productivity and ensure office functions efficiently.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Office management experience and healthcare technology preferred.

Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Ability to perform basic office needs.
Core Job Duties:
-
Manage and monitor activities of Receptionist staff.
-
Provide training, coaching and correcting to Receptionist staff when needed.

Provide problem solving, special request and issue resolution.
-
Manage and monitor productivity of Prescriber(s).
-
Manage and monitor office supplies and budget.
-
Work closely with Clinical Manager using efficient and cost-effective approaches to ensure clinic runs efficiently.

Manage and conduct Health and Safety drills and inspections.

Answer phone calls, voicemails, letters and other correspondences appropriately.

Coordinating a variety of office activities and meetings.
-
Acting as first point of call for office related issues and concerns.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or mental disorders.

Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.

Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.

Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
