We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team in the private club industry as Diamond Run embarks on a full Food & Beverage renovation with a new restaurant opening in 2025. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the culinary operations of our Club. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize the risk of contamination
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a Club, Hotel, restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
