Job Summary

In this multifaceted role, you will support the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently, delivering food promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, and warmly welcoming visitors as a host. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage guest needs, and seat guests with a friendly attitude.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in compliance with food safety standards.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and supporting food service as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash properly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food service to the guest.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Experience with Toast systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to bussing and serving.
- Familiarity with culinary tasks such as basic food preparation or knife skills is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
